Is your mayor your principal character in the game ?

My mayor is currently my only character in this town, but I plan on keeping him as my main character even after I start making alts for storage and whatnot.

Once I finish updating my Mayor's house and add more PWPs, I'm going to use other characters, but yeah. My mayor will still be my main character.

I have 3 player character. I play with the mayor everyday, the other two players are for storage, their houses are decorated, and they are friends with the villagers too.

I've only had another character, once.
Reason being, I made my mayor a guy, and I, randomly, decided that I wanted to play as a girl.
So, I made a girl character, but then, I decided I wanted her to be mayor...So, I re-created my town.
I'd never have more than one character, because I wouldn't want to switch between them...
Then again, I've never played in one town long enough to want to make another character...
