Is this villager actually moving out or not?

Have been trying to get Monty to ping me to move out, and yesterday he FINALLY did.
However i'm now unsure if he is actually going to move or not since he said about "jumping the gun"?

if you approved their move the regardless of what they say the villager should be moving out ^_^

As the person above mentioned, if you encouraged them to move out after they pinged you, they will move out on the date they mentioned. If you are not sure, you could always talk to them again and they will tell you how many days left before they are leaving and give you the option to further encourage their departure or ask them to stay. Note: I always talk to them outside of their houses because the chances of them changing their mind and staying is lesser in my experience but of course there is always the risk of them changing their mind.
