Is this normal?

If I have less than 9 villagers in my town and invite one from another town, shouldn't their plot show up the next day? And say I then invited two more villagers to my town, and both of their plots showed up, but the first one still hasn't? I have 9 villagers right now, and if the first villager I invited shows up that'll be 10, but it's been a few days since I've invited her and she hasn't yet.


I've tried finding an answer and haven't been successful :c Everything just says that her plot should have shown up the next day. I know there's a villager que for when one moves in, but again- it's been a few days real time, and I've TT'd over a week to get these plots in.

I'd really appreciate any help or advice, as I spent quite a few tbt for her, and this is the first time I've ever invited a villager who hasn't shown up.

So you invited three villagers? Either way, I believe you have to wait until a plot appears before you can invite someone in and that villagers move in was overridden by the second villager and now they won't move in.

The plot doesn't always appear the immediate next day, it may appear two days ater. I've had villagers moving in from my campsite where there's been nothing the day after they camped, and then their plot appears the next day. Tray waiting a couple of days before getting worried, they should turn up

Yeah, sometimes it just takes a while before they move in! They should come soon!

Yes, a couple of times I've had a similar problem:
-I invite a villager on 1st day
- I make a new character to plot rset on day 2 but said villager doesn't show up
- tt days foward, make a new character and still no plot.
- set date to day 2, but instead I load my mayor, save and quit
- tt to day 3, plot appears!
Sometimes it takes them another day played to appear. What I found pretty troubling is the fact tha you invited villagers after... and saved. That wasn't a smart choice to be honest.

Yeah, i recently asked Barold to move in to my town from the campsite
(friends dreamy) and he didn't show up the next day, so i waited another day (today) and the plot showed up
