Is this map possible as a town?

I was playing around on the Island's fishing game and when I saw the layout of this map and the shape of the waterfall omg love at first site! I'm really unhappy with everything about my 2nd town's layout and such except for the grass pattern. I was wondering before I go out and buy a THIRD copy to reset for this map, so that I could send my favorite villagers over to the new town, is it even possible? Especially the waterfall shape, notice how it's kind of extra wide and at an angle? I really love that and want that above anything else really!

And before anyone asks why I'd go so far as getting a 3rd copy of this game, I was planning on having my 2nd copy just be a cycle thread for my first town to get my dreamies without having to rely on others (since prices get inflated and it's harder to set up meetings due to my work) but I ended up with too many amazing villagers on that copy and I couldn't bear losing them lol

I'm really hoping it's possible but I've never seen anyone else out there with that type of waterfall so I'm worried it's a kind of island-exclusive map (idk if they have their own map selection apart from the one the town draws from)

Seeing how the river bends and such, I would think it would be possible. I have a town with similar layout, but it is mirrored (it's based off the top, not the bottom). The only difference in my town is that my pond is not at the center. If you managed to get this layout, that would be really cool!

Ah, anyways, I think you can get a waterfall like that somehow. However, it'd take a lot of map resetting since it's randomized.

Yes it is possible. This is the only kind of side waterfall I like in this game.

That's the type of town map in which the Town Hall and Re-Tail Shop could not be near the Plaza. They would all be in the northern half of the town. I will say, with my new town Foster, I really like having the Plaza in a centered part of the map.

I'm confused about the angle of the waterfall in relation to the bridge. Unless you have the camera rotated somehow, it looks like the waterfall is falling at an angle, and that's not something I've ever seen before. But for everything else on the map, yes, I've seen plenty of layouts like that
