Is this map possible as a town?

I have that waterfall in my new town - I loved the map - the river isn't as perfect as the island map you posted ...but that waterfall! I put my mayors house right by it.

I had a waterfall like that in one of my previous towns so it is definitely possible to get a similar layout. c:
