Is this enough space for a campsite and firepit?

My plan is to have the fire pit right next to the campsite:

(Put it up near the tracks for easier campsite resetting)

I think I would need an extra square of space between them, but maybe I should just put the firepit somewhere nearby instead of right there if there isn't the space?
I can't put it in front because of that silly rock...

Yes, that looks like the right amount of space in between projects. You also considered how close to the rail fence the campsite is, which is awesome foresight on your part. I say you are able to proceed with confidence!
