2. He's playing a DSiWare game which is downloadable and will soon be coming out.
3. They havent even finished making the console casing.
4. They will FIRST show it in E3 before any news channel will get it im sure.

This. That's not the 3DS, it's a DSiWare game called Hidden 3D Image: There It Is!, which has already been released in Japan. There are no videos of the 3DS. We don't even know what it looks like. Nothing will be revealed about it until E3 this summer. Don't believe anything that claims to be the 3DS until then, because it's not true.
