Is there enough space for villager's house?

Hey there! ^-^

I'm currently doing the villager plot reset trick. I want Wolfgang to place his house in a very particular spot.
I tried to draw the house's outline (black) to show you guys where I want his house to be (basically surrounded by the flowers you see).



But you can also see that, very close to this particular spot, there's already another villager's house. x_x
And that's why I don't know if it's possible to have Wolfgang's house where I want it to be.
The red line indicates the space between those two houses, so you can tell it's only a small gap between them.

Is that enough?

no, i don't think so. the houses have dead spots all around it, so there is actually a 5x5 are that can't overlap with anything else. i'm not a 100 percent sure, though.

Pretty sure it's not possible, it looks like there is only one space between where you want the house and the other villagers home? There has to be atleast two spaces inbetween two houses. Hope I could help even though it's not the answer you wanted.

I have the exact house placement next to a pond up by the train tracks. It is so frustrating!

In my map there isn't enough room but I wish there was. Maybe you can find an even better spot!

Yeah, it kind of sucks! All the places, where I want my villagers to move, are either too close to ponds or other villager houses, OR there's a stupid rock. D: I'm sure I'll find another spot though. I'm REALLY perfectionist, though, so it's always a struggle for me to decide. xD
