Is there a way to know when you've been through the 16 cycle for a villager?

Rosie moved out, I didn't keep track of how many villagers have moved out..

Now, does Main Street let me know when their cycle has passed? Cause I've started seeing like, starter villagers and stuff. So their cycle has clearly passed but is there any sure way?

Actually, if they show up on Main Street they are still in your town's history, and thus 16 haven't passed. Only way to keep track is to write it down on paper really.

Sorry you can't depend on main street. You have to remember your past villagers for yourself.
