Is there a way to get a villager to come out of his/her house?

I'm thinking quitting and reloading, or saving and continuing. I really want to get some PWPs from Fang but he's kind of a hermit today.

If you time travel, TT an hour or thirty minutes. If you don't then go to the island and wait about 5-10 mins and go back.

Just quit and reload. It usually changes up who is outside ^_^ No need to TT.
