Is there a laundry hamper?

I feel like I've seen a laundry hamper in this game once before. It was a little shorter than the player, and it was a brownish gray color with like a white bag or something sticking out the top. Now I can't seem to find this item anywhere. Does anyone know if there is an item similar to the one I'm describing?
