Are you talking about the crowns and wreaths? You can go on nook.exchange and search by crown or wreath and filter by craftable

the furniture set is here, and the accessories that use the flowers are here - just look up the 'crown' portion and you'll see all the available ones and what their materials are. i hope this helps narrow down what you don't have.

I just search crown or wreath in Nookazon. It includes some other things but it's got all the flower ones.
