Is the WiiU premium pack limited time only?

Title pretty much says it all
'cause I haven't heard other wise but I am looking in a catalogue and it says 'limited time only' but the price is like $20 cheaper so I don't know if it's inferring to the price or not

The only thing that's for a limited time is the eShop rebate (Deluxe set only), where you can get 10% back (in points) of your eShop purchases. That only runs through the end of next year.
