Is the small round table with the tablecloth in the new update?

I hope you know which im talkimg about, the default table cloth colour is blue, i believe, and its from ACHHD. I have seen a few photos of people with the item in their acnl homes, but i haven't seen it yet at my campground shop, and im wondering if the photos were achhd, (although they said they were acnl) Thanks!
