Is the glass half empty of half full?

I use the term half-full when I get angry
"another drop and the cups gonna spill!"
but when I'm happy it's half-empty

It's half empty, which is why i always fill up my cup more ^^

or we could think logically.

The glass was 0/4, or 0 cups filled. So I filled it up to 4/4, or 1 cup, in which case I drank some which lowered the water level to 3/4. Then to 2/4 or 1/2. So now the glass has 1/2 cups of water in it.

o lol i know this if you say half empty you have a low self esteem if you say half full then u have a good self esteem

Not necessarily.
It's meant to reflect how a person looks at a situation, if it's tough, do they get depressed or remain happy on any and all good things they still have.

I usually refer to it being half full, mostly because a cup can almost never be %100 full, but it can be %100 empty.

That's true.
Question: Why put the percentage sign in front of the number?

This really depends on what kind of person you are. I'm very optimistic, so I would say half-full.
