Is The Balloon Arch Bad?

I know that some PWPs can have a negative effect on the town rating (PWPs that are usually artificial such as the garbage can), and I was wondering if the balloon arch does as well?

Yeah, it reduces your town rating, because animals are dumb.

Even with detrimental PWPs, it should be entirely possible to obtain a perfect rating.

Well, I don't really care. They look adorable so I'm putting them in my town. I've already gotten tons of Jacob Ladders and the Golden Watering Can, so I'm done with the Perfect Town status.

Maybe because the garbage can smells like garbage and no one likes garbage. Anyway, I like the garbage can..

imo, no PWP should decrease the town rating. Villagers think the town would be cool with them built, so they suggest them. And if the player also likes the PWP they shouldn't be punished xD

Exactly xD. That's gonna hurt people's feelings. Judging you on what Public Works Projects you like xD

I disagree, I mean the furniture gets tiring to slingshot, but as a PWP it's sorta cute
