is my celeste chick plush worth a dreamy egg?

hi! so i've been deliberating on how to get a dreamy egg for the past weeks, since it recently got moved up to a higher tier (which i can only afford the lowest amount of). i realized that selling/trading my celeste chick plush would probably be my best shot. but i was also wondering, are they both the same value, despite being on the same tier? would a 1:1 trade be worth it?

i'm thinking this because dreamy egg only recently rose in value because many people want it, but wasn't it worth like 4-5k a while back? would that make it on the lower end or higher end, if there even is such a thing? i really don't want to do something i'll regret. i appreciate any opinions or advice thanks for reading/voting.

i think they're worth about the same (i traded my dreamy egg for a sheep if that gives you any hope) but it's just about finding someone who is actually willing to sell that's the problem, there's not so many in circulation and those who have them are attached

they definitely didn't used to be worth so much but i think as time passes and more users have joined the forum it's become a lot more popular

i can see why so many people are attached, it's such a pretty collectible ! i guess it's mostly down to luck and timing then

i can def see why the egg went up to a higher tier, it was actually undervalued for awhile imo -- dreamy is worth more than celeste. less quantity (60-70) & several users are egg collectors and are likely never selling

many users are also holding onto celestes but it's newer and there's more (~100 i believe)

You could always sell it for pure tbt if needed! I bought my dreamy egg recently for about 10k. Trading Celeste for the egg and maybe some tbt is not that far off either.

Afaik its the same. They are mostly annually but this year it was moved to Halloween.

I think they are worth about the same now? Celeste may be a little higher. Dreamy eggs are in demand, but I would say they are still in a 5-8k range imo, ig things could change tho! good luck in ur search!

yes its the same, you search for eggs around the forum ^_^ but the halloweaster event allowed people to use the search function on the site which made it a lot easier in my opinion lol, in previous events you couldn't search for threads and stuff. so you had to either use google, or just manually look for threads

this event was easier?? well that settles it, i'm definitely going to have to get it from somebody instead of waiting till easter and trying my luck

I've been told that eggs from past events don't return for egg hunts. It's always new eggs. Maybe the staff will bring back some of the older eggs in the future but it seems unlikely.

yeah, i doubt they would reuse an old hiding spot. i wonder how they keep coming up with all the new ideas and riddles !

I think they are about the same. I traded my celeste for a nightmare egg, and the nightmare egg seems to be around the same value as the dreamy egg. Hope that helps you
