Is Marschal rare?

I have Marschal in my town but is he rare or not

Marshal no he isn't rare. No villager can really be described as rare, except maybe the octopi and the cows since there's only 3 of each in the game. He is popular though

The rarest villagers are the ugly low tier ones because no one bothers to put them up for sale/trade. Marshal isn't rare but he does sell for a lot, people go crazy for him.

Well I was actually wondering if I should bother offering those "uglies" on the forum when they move out. Maybe someone wants to adopt them? I wouldn't, but that doesn't mean everyone has the same tastes...

Well, if they are not hideous you could probably manage to give them away but if they have some kind of value (like selling sloppy furniture at retail) they'll come running.

This ^^ Marshal isn't rare, he is everywhere! tier 5's are rare as people just don't
sell them as "nobody wants them and they are not valuable"

I wish there were more cycle threads that were just aimed at Tier 3's and below

He's not rare like everybody else has said. No villager is really considered rare except those who don't have many in their species, such as anteaters. I've never really had any anteaters except Cyrano. Marshal's actually probably one of the easiest to have move into your town. He's almost everywhere on the forums, and whenever I've had a town he's almost always moved into there straight away.

I will give poor Al a second chance. He's never had one with me. I don't like gorillas. I don't like this gorilla. I hate where his house is placed. When I saw him greeting me at the train station it was almost enough to make me reset the town I ended up choosing

villagers aren't rare since anyone can get them, but you can sell him for a lot of money which is what makes him valuable
