Is june too really to start a pretty tan? ;)

I'm not sure if in june our mayors can start tanning or is it just july and august?
Additionally, does the amount of tan depend on how long you play on a sunny day, or is there a fixed amount per day? Does clothing have an impact on tanning or just hats and umbrellas?

I want to say it's July, but you can go to the island any time of year and get a tan. For a certain amount of time you can only go so dark in one day and I think you have to let them sit for like an hour or so, but once you get your desired color I think 15 minutes a day maintains. At least that's what my sister did with her alt guy that she tanned.

Thanks! And I know I can go to the island whenever, but I wanted to know when it starts working in town because I want to tan while doing the PWP wetstuit trick. It's about time I start doing this trick, I've waited long enough for my police station now.

If you really want a tan just go to the island. You can get one all year round iirc.
