As far as I know, yes! I just think random move-ins and the campsite will keep trying to give you non-lazy types

As far as I know, no.
You can only have 3 of a personality. You can however have a full town of 1 animal type, like cats.

Yes, I believe you can. I think the game will only naturally give you three though, so you might have to get some more lazies off this forum ^~^
