Is it possible to set the time of your dream?

For example all of the scary towns use 4AM, is there a way to set mine to a certain time?

Just update it at the time you want.

As Aubrey said... whatever the time is when you set it is what time the dream will be...
Same with the weather... if you update it when it is sunny, dream will be sunny. if you update it when it is raining, dream will be raining.
