Is it possible to get all fruits and flower types?

Without trading/connecting with others? Just wondering if it's been established yet? I still need cosmos, lilies, and mums, plus oranges and cherries - but I'm only a few weeks in with no TT-ing so wondering if they could still show up naturally to me? Worried to try and trade because heard so much of these void villager glitches atm. Please and thanks for any help!

I'm not sure about fruits, but I am almost certain you can purchase all flower types.

I'm sure you can with a lot of island hopping, but I'd imagine it'd be a big job and a lot of nook miles.
