Is it just me or are all of the villager prices dropping? I remember Marshal selling for like 35 mil and recently I've been seeing 10 mil.

The people who want him already have him, thus the prices for him go down as the demand is low.

Not really. I saw him sell for 45 million recently. It's all a matter of the time the auction ends, or up to the seller him/herself.
Different websites have different prices for villagers, so prices here may differ from Tumblr, GameFaqs etc.

Yes. Alot of people want Marshal, and alot of players join the community every single day, so demand for him will always be high(unless everyone in the community actually has him.) So yeah. It depends on the seller, the time you were online, the auction's duration etc.

I won Diana for 8 million in a 30 minute auction.

Yeah I agree with this. I tried to cycle but I don't really have the time

I don't really like my selling prices to be too high incase nobody buys the villager i'm selling.

yeah I would think time of day and just general fluctuations in who happens to be online at a time would make a difference in price
