Is it just bird villagers that reference not being able to wear shoes?

Phoebe just said something to me asking what it's like wearing shoes, I think she said she's worn socks but never shoes (I assume due to her bird feet?) - no option to actually answer, she just says it's no rush and to think on it like it's really important haha. Found it cute but led me to wonder if all villagers say that or if it's just birds as they have different feet? Thanks!!

Funny that you mention it! I think that's just sisterly dialogue, but once Ketchup was groaning about how her feet were going to get all wet (it was raining.) Ketchup... you're a duck!

That's an uchi dialogue, Reneigh asked me once or twice. I was like, she's a horse, she can wear horseshoes instead
