Is it harder to move out amiibo card villagers?

So the amiibo card villagers can't move out ?

Does it just takes longer till they want to move out? Because I tting two months forward and all my
non-amiibo card villagers ask me in this time to move out, while Rosie, which moved in via amiibo card,
never ask me. And I talk with her a lot, send her letters etc... :/

wow...that kinda reminds me of when you visit a town and you ask the villager in boxes to move to your town...they never leave after that..lol..i had no idea.. i got marshall that way and then stopped playing for a few months. when i started up again all of my villagers i had before moved out except for marshall..

Doesnt this mean that they will move in where the villager you kicked out lived?

no. thats not always the case. though it does happen often.

But sadly, that removes the "randomness" of having a villager you like, its kinda sad in a way. I don't want these villagers FOREVER... I want new ones, yeah my old town I had to move because I was expecting a new villager from someones town, (Inviting) but no one would move out of my town because they were all amiibo card villagers I scanned in, so I had to move out, to get room for a favorite villager.

Great now I cant move in any more animals into my town...
