Is Beau a popular villager?

I've had Beau for some time, didn't know he was considered a tier 1 villager. Wouldn't matter to me what tier he is I think he's adorable and happy he's living in my town.

aww, glad you like beau! idk we'll see how I interact with him. "tiers" dont matter to me in terms of what villagers I choose to like. one of my favs was Monty and pretty sure he is an "unpopular" villager. I loved his personality, his voice, and how cute he looked c: I still miss him
