I don't know how rare these sanrio posters are but this is the only one I have (scanned Etoile's card) and Im wondering if it's a rare enough item to tip rando visits with.
(rando visit being when I go to get a diy or celeste visit)
I wouldn't call it rare as people have been trading with each other to get them and they're orderable from Nook's Shopping, but tipping a poster isn't bad
I would think it's a pretty awesome gift! It's different from regular tips though so if people really needed the money or NMT I suppose they wouldn't know what to do with it
I think posters are great tips! I got a Tom Nook Poster as a tip awhile ago and was very pleased. They're both incredibly cheap for the visitor, and pretty valuable to the host if they don't have it yet.
Yes, as a pretty frequent host I love "random" tips like items, diys rather than money/nmt! And the sanrio posters are a great idea, they're uncommon and super cute.
I would take it! Even if I didn’t need it (which in my case I don’t as I have the cards) I’d just give it to a friend who did. And I mean, I’m the kind of person who doesn’t even need bells either because I have more than enough. Unless the person specifies they’re looking for certain things then there’s really no way to know what the perfect tip to leave is.
I have it cataloged but I think it would be nice if you didn't! They were quite common a while back but I haven't seen them around much lately. They're orderable but not found in Nook's so if they don't already have it, then it would be a nice tip.
