Irregating Farore

I'm trying to irrigate my town so I can plant trees and set paths where I want them. All the trees I want cut down are cut down. It's just a matter of picking up the things on the floor and taking care of stumps...

If anyone's not busy and doesn't mind lending a helping hand, I'd really appreciate it. c:
