Is the code from the correct region?

yes its an NA code, i dont see how this happened to me 3 times though.

its those u5xh codes that are the problems. has anyone else had a problem with codes that start with that?

Nintendo never got back to me so I apologize for never getting back to you.

It's stupid that Nintendo messed up on these codes.

But maybe they are expired

Hi, you have to be very, very careful who you buy codes from. There has been scamming going on over the codes... I have sold many codes and none of them had any problems. Did your sellers offer to refund your bells?. I know if there had been a problem with my codes, I would have refunded them immediately.

the seller has contacted nintendo for me

although it worries me that multiple people have asked nintendo and never got a reply, hopefully nintendo will reply. and I doubt that the codes expire because that demo has been in the eshop for ages, and people still sell them, Oh I hope nintendo replies

I sold someone a demo and it didnt work. They didnt pay me, but it was only 10 TBT so i didnt really care. But it should have worked. Maybe it has something to do with this?

It's probably because they are swamped with calls and emails about the Super Smash Demo. I know once it was closer to expiration, the phone lines were literally busy any time of day so I had to wait for email responses. You or the seller needs to call for a quicker, more direct answer.
