Indecisive of Town Map

So in recent days i have reset my town and been trying to find the "perfect map" for my new town. I have found 4 maps that i really enjoy but i cannot pick any of them, can you help me?.

I like both the second and the third. Do you mean those exact maps or just the river shape? Cause the plaza and town hall placement in the 2nd is perfect. I'd pick one of those two, depending on what you want to do with it.
What I think about when choosing a map is where will I put the police station, the cafe, the player houses (especially mayor house), and the villager houses. If I can see good spots for all these things then it's agood map. Hope that helps.

Just the exact map in general but i do prefer a good river shape.

1 and 4 are both good. The fact that the beach is one long strip is nice, since you don't need to trek across land or get your wet-suit on in order to get to the second bit. Plus, you can run over sand, so it's a good way to navigate.

I actually did vote for Town 1, however, because the placement of Re-Tail is a bit better. While it's nice to have a Re-Tail by the beach for island loot, shells, and ocean fish, I prefer mine by Main Street. Plus, in Town 1, it's RIGHT next to the Town Hall, and both lakes are super close to each other, which could be helpful when you're hunting particularly elusive pond-fish, whatever those may be.

I really like the last one. The shape of the land is sweet and I like how all the unmovable things are nearby eachother, even though the recycling shop is far from the trainstation.

Love the location of the plaza in 3! It's so central. Also looks like there is more space in this map and only 2 ponds!

I love the way the river outlines the town tree in the third map. I'd go for that one.

#3 looks really good, the plaza placement is flawless, the rivers are good, the recycle shop, and town hall are in good spots, I wish I had that map.

I'm gonna have to say the second one. South facing waterfalls are amazing!

I picked the 2nd map. It's got my favourite river shape, a south facing waterfall, and the town hall and plaza are perfectly aligned. If it were my game I'd definitely take a walk around that map to see if I liked it.

The third one is perfection, with its river and the plaza centered
