Since this board is called "In... Pain..", I am going to reply to it. My foot hurts like crap. It's been doing this for over a year, now. You know where the ball thing is on your foot? Well it hurts around there, and then down the outside of my foot about halfway. It sucks! When I run or even walk, my foot starts hurting. I sometimes limp at school and people stare at me strangely.

In any case, uhh, DDR can get a lot of people wiped out.


:P It's nice exercise... But so is playing Wii Sports for an extended period of time.

If you're using video games for exercise, you've got a LOT of spare time if you plan on actually getting stronger from playing... I'm betting it'd take about three hours to burn off one meal... if you're into that stuff, I really don't care about burning off calories, they get off me one way or another. Especially another.
 
DDR is excercise, if you really go at it. I've worked up a sweat playing it once before.

But, if you're just playing Wii or something, that's not excercise, not at all.

But man do I hate it. To me lifting weights is preparing you to play sports. I would rather skip that and get to the chocolaty center in the middle.

The real key to loosing weight is watching what you eat.
 
My elbow is actually bruised right now. I was playing volleyball in gym (surprisingly fun when you are tall and can jump.) and I had my elbow run into a pole trying to set the ball over the net. It was worth it though, I showed who's who in that warm up drill.

Why would I be trying to lose weight..?

I weigh a buck fourty and am 6'4.


i'm saying it's funny to hear people talk about this kinda stuff on the net, like when they go out of their way to be like "yeah i play a bunch of sports". It's just funny.

Mmmm... chocolate....


Anyway, I don't gain weight easily, I'm 90 odd pounds... and watching what you eat is the way to lose weight, if you exersize as well.

And by the way, dancing games are evil. I played one at an airport and attracted a small crowd. Which was disturbing.
So I'm not the only one. When I was on me holi's, about 10 people were crowded round me on DDR. I was scared.
