Interesting, will take a look

Edit: Okay, just visited your town Starloft. My findings and impressions follow.
1) Wow, you weren't kidding about the hybrids! I don't have any roses that colour and I'm quite jealous! I have some gold ones, but man I would love some like that! Now, I see that you started to try lining 'paths' with the flowers. While I think it's an interesting idea, it may turn out that you end up stomping a good number of the flowers. If so, take not of the common areas and try to plan something there accordingly.
2) You've obviously played for some time, but I just don't see any real public works projects. You have your campsite up in that hollow above the river (a nice placement, I may add), but I didn't really see much else. I also noted that your house is rather... lacking in rooms and furniture both. With the not-very-improved house and lack of works, I'd concentrate on money making and get some public works happening (and expand your house, too). With your hybrid flowers and the like, the general 'vibe' I got from Starloft was kinda a fairy-tale vibe. Fairy-tale benches, picnic baskets and the like would be cool, however if you are also into more of a 'Spirited Away' feel, you could invest in making all your PWP the Zen style so everything matches. If you're a Ghibli fan, this could really become an inspired look for your town
3) When you eventually get the cafe, if you haven't made any roads by then I'd consider putting it down by the seaside, possibly on the cliff overlooking the beach with the dock (incidentally, I think it's interesting that your beach is split like it is, mine is rather joined almost all the way). I have mine in such a fashion.
4) Think about some custom tiles for the outdoor areas. I find these tend to make a whole lot of difference, and after playing around with them I swear by them to make your town amazing. There are many very well done ones out there that will enable you to really start paving the paths that you want to rim with your pretty hybrid flowers.

I myself am only a novice when it comes to town planning, however if you want to see what I mean about the custom tiles my Dream Address is 7300-2276-3994.
In any case, your map is definitely interesting enough. I hope my insights help even a little. And hey, if you do end up making it to Rapture, let me know your impressions
