Like you could sell your towns to other people but start out with a new mayor taking over from the old one. And you could take a tour of a few towns before signing a contract. This would be awesome with people who start landscaping and designing their town until they get bored of it and want to go with a new theme and they could pass it on to someone else who could complete it. Then it would be nice to come back via a dream and see what the person has done with your old town.
Just an idea that I know will never happen since it might take the fun out of the game but it's nice to think about the possibilities.
