Will allow me to transfer digital games from the other 3DS I have. I'm kinda worried that I might not be able to transfer my games. Considering I'm planning on buying the new one. >< Anyone have any ideas if they'll allow it?

You could transfer with the original 3DSes, there probably will be a transfer option. It's not an ENTIRELY new system.

According to Nintendo of Japan's website, it appears that you can perform a System Transfer in two ways:

- The old fashioned way of copying everything from your source 3DS's SD Card to your computer, and then transfer all of it to the microSD card from a New 3DS system (recommended if you have a microSD card with a capacity of 8GB or higher)
- Wireless connectivity (recommended if you don't have any screwdriver and/or don't have any SD Card with a higher capacity than 4GB)

If you go for the first option, you'll need a screwdriver with a small enough bit to remove the screws, opening up the bottom cover of the New 3DS that hides both its battery and a microSD card.
It's worth knowing that the included microSD card is going to be 4GB. If you already own a 3DS and a standard/mini SD Card with over 4GB of content, you'll need to purchase a higher microSD card capacity or uninstall some of your games.

I'm one hundred percent sure that you can. It's just a 3DS with some new buttons with better performance.
