Not to be that person, but I think people may be wary about making you a town flag potentially for free (in this subforum at least) because you want to see it made before you pay, which leaves room for exploitation. More so, you have a 0 WiFi rating.

I think it'd be a good idea to ask around the QR code subforum, since people there often take free requests I believe.
