I'm Having Some Problems... Can Anyone Help?

I don't know if this is the right forum since I couldn't find one that matched my question, but when I go to someone's town, it works perfectly and we both can go to each other's towns, but with a select few people, I just can't go to their town and they can't come to mine. If you're still confused:

I (Villager A) and my friend (Villager B) can visit each other, while I (Villager A) CANNOT go to someone else's (Villager C) town and they (Villager C) cannot come to my town.

Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? I've lost the chance to do many great things due to this problem and I want to find a solution ASAP.

Error 018-0512 and I've already gone to the support site and did all the IP Adress stuff and DN stuff

That's what I thought but they had someone in their town while I tried to go to their town. Also, when I'm over at someone's town, some people can't go to the person's town I'm in when they were just there.

Could it be at a time of high traffic on the network? Perhaps you could retry in a bit?
