I'm getting a second copy next week. :)

Hopefully. My boyfriend made me make a deal with him, in order to make sure I won't need my money for something else. "If you don't need to buy anything by next week, Monday, I'll go half in on another copy with you." He bought me my first one and I have $20 out of the $36 or so. I was going to just get a pre-owned game but I saw I could just get a brand new cartridge for a few dollars more so, I'd rather do that.

I haven't even finished my first town, but I'd like to have two towns because I love experiencing new villagers and SugarOak's villager roster is basically permanent now. (Maybe I'll switch it up in the future but as of now? It's perfect to me.) I'm not really sure what I'll name my second town, but I'd really like peaches as my native fruit and I'm already thinking of villagers I'd like to have. That and I didn't know you had options for a town map when I first started SugarOak... I kind of just went with the first map shown and it's not awful, but it's not my favorite when I compare it to all the other maps I've seen. But, I'm working with it. SugarOak is going to be a cutesy natural town and my new town will be different. Maybe, lol. I might cycle a little bit too, but who knows. I've never done that before, but I do wanna give back.

I feel really lame for being so excited, but I can't help it, lol.
I'm writing down villagers I'd like to have and all that.
Just thought I'd share, I guess. I felt like you guys would understand.
My boyfriend just thinks I'm crazy; I play his copy already since he's lazy to get the 100% approval rating.

Side note: Marcel is in my campsite today and I'm so sad that I can't get him. What a cutie.

ahh that was so sweet of your boyfriend! i recently got a second copy and i'm really excited about it. i have a whole idea for it and everything. it's not lame to be excited :3 it's exciting!

it's especially nice once you've basically got all the villagers you want in your first town; that's why i got mine. i wanted to try something new and experience some new villagers/dreamies while still maintaining my original town that i love so much.

Awww what a sweet boyfriend. :3 Don't feel lame. <3 I was really excited when I got my second copy! I was writing down villagers too. xD I didn't know you had options for a town map when I first started either. >.> I'm using mine for cycling atm. I've gotten 2 of my best friends dreamies when I was cycling. xD Also made some money with auctions that helped me get my dreaimes for my main town. <3

Girl xD don't feel bad. My husband bought me another copy and another 3DS so I could transfer my stuff without relying on anyone. He still teases me about it, but since we bought 2 copies of super Mario bros 2 and he loves that game, he has since stopped teasing lol

My second copy was exciting, I was saying yay I am finally going to be rich!.... But cycling is boring lol

So, guess what? My mum let me get my second copy today! I owe her, but I'm just happy that I didn't have to wait. My boyfriend is probably glad he doesn't have to worry about getting it anymore, but he'll end up having to deal with me shoving two towns worth of cuties into his face every time I see him. I'm so excited to start and I don't even know what to do with myself.

I'm actually torn about getting a second copy.

I want one, but I'm scared it'll just get boring.

And I want either Fire Emblem : Awakening or Phoenix Wright Dual Destinies, but I'm pretty sure I'll be buying FE:A

I just recently got my second copy too, last Saturday. We chased round PC World, then Currys, then my local Tesco, before asking them to call a Tesco 30 minutes away and finding they had 1(!!!) copy left! So we went and picked that up XD
It's genuinely tons of fun having a second town. I use mine for cycling too.
I haven't run into any issues running two towns on one 3ds.. just making sure to always have the date set CORRECT when I go on my main so I don't lose my dreamies, after I do a cycling run months into the future on my second. I'd be devastated...

I'm jealous! I would also like to have a second copy. If I ever buy a 3DS XL I will. Well, I guess I have to wait until Animal Crossing for Wii U to create a new town.
