Unfortunately they kept the text the same If they changed it to reflect the in-game items that would have taken it to the next level!

It seems to be a recent catalogue? The pictured items are what's mentioned in the description from what I can tell from the mandarin and prices are in New Taiwan Dollar.

It's amazing how much stuff they were able to recreate with limited furniture and custom designs! I really like that one picture where they had to use a human villager to recreate a ball of flowers hanging from the ceiling.

With some people voicing concerns how Nintendo may crackdown on companies using the game to advertise their own product, I have yet to see it happen or maybe I haven't heard such incident yet.
