I was in the middle of a delivery conversation with Aurora when Mac pings. I was like, "ok hold your horses- I'll be with you in a moment" but it took too long and it went away I guess. I talked to him and there was no ping-related message like moving his good for nothing jock self out of my town. Then Tiffany pinged to move 30 minutes later and I was like, "You're going NOWHERE!" Is it possible Mac was pinging to move but it went away and went to to Tiff instead? Pekoe just moved in 2 days ago so I didn't even think anyone would ping (had been talking to villagers and no one brought up rumors) so I thought he was going to tell me about an ugly pwp or change his greeting/nonsense so I didn't make it a priority to talk to him and just finish with Aurora. Did I miss his move-out ping? Agghhh need 4 more to move and so don't want to TT.

If Mac was going to move out, then it wouldn't matter if you ignored his ping or not. The villager who's moving out won't change just because you ignored their ping. Tiffany was the moving out villager, and since you stopped her, it'll be a couple days before someone pings to move again

Thought so. Thanks for the info. Okay at least I won't beat myself up for missing Mac since he wasn't pinging to move.
So now I go back to my old plan of being patient for the 4 unwanted villagers to move. >.<
