If you sell your town you keep most unlocked PWPs

I was seeing a lot of people concerned about losing their PWPs if they sell their town, but you actually get to keep them! You still lose a lot in the process (like badges, town visitor statistics, your possessions, etc.) but the PWPs that aren't unlocked through game play are still available, so you won't have to farm for them again! I opened up the PWPs in my shiny new town to immediately see the police stations!

You still have to unlock shop upgrades, town hall and train station changes etc. But it's definitely better than starting over from scratch! ^^
