If you could only have/use one villager species the whole game, which one?

I know a lot of people have one species towns anyway but I'd just thought I'd ask for those who don't.
personally, I'd have to go either deer (because they're all adorable) or cat (there is a lot, so i guess you'd have more choice/creativity?)
I tend to switch up my villagers a lot and considering I keep towns for approx two years before resetting, it would be a bit of a pain to only have around 23 villagers to work with

Penguins. There’s at least one penguin for every personality, and I like penguins.

I could be quite happy with just deers and dogs too! Maybe cats, wolves or horses as well.

Bears are one of my favorite animals in real life, so I have a soft spot for them. Maybe a mix of Bears and Cubs, because you're right, a lot of the bears are just plain weird.

Dogs are my favorite animals in real life, so that's a no brainer right there. xD Bea and Cherry are my two favorite villagers and of course we can't forget everyone's favorite mummy boi Lucky. Plus they have all the personalities, which is nice.

Wolves would be a close second though - too bad they only have four personalities covered....

Cubs because of the variety of good designs and all the personalities, if not, hamsters because their model is the cutest thing.

I flat out dislike cat villagers, so they're definitely out. I used to have an all-squirrel town and it was pretty great! If there were more octopus villagers, I'd definitely start an octopus town. But as of now... I'd probably choose a bear/cub mixture, deer, or horses!

Sheep.... except for Pietro. I prefer not to be around clowns in real life so I'd have a "clown free" town. lol!

It's between Big Bears and Rabbits for me. Dogs would be a close third. But I like to think of it this way; if I could have only ten villagers forever who would they be: Carmen, Octavian, Mac, Pancetti, Merry, Ruby, Grizzly, Daisy, Paula and Claude. They are all different species, so it would very difficult to me to lock down simply one of them.

Chickens/roosters, Penguins, or sheep. Maybe pigs. Maybe Deer, I like Zell. (Edit: wowza I’m the only one to like the chickens/roosters, I only have Ava though.)
