If you could create a new furniture series, what series would it be?

I came up with some very similar ideas to the people above me: Steampunk (Wall clock made out of gears, Steam-powered TV), Nimbus (fluffy cloud couch, lightning lamp), and Origami (Crane chair, finger-fortune teller table). One special series could be the Turnip series: After buying, say, 500,000 bells worth of turnips total from Joan, she'll start bringing Turnip furniture. Each Sunday morning, one of the dialog options will be to ask for turnip furniture, at which point she'll tell you which item she brought that day. The furniture is random, but she has infinite copies, similar buying Mermaid items from the Island. My other idea for a set was the Novel series. A stack of books with the top one opened 90 degrees would be a chair, a bookcase with a false front would be a closet, things like that.

Coca cola furniture. Definitely. (I have some in real life!)

I would make a medieval series! I would love to have a medieval castle themed home. <3 Just search up "medieval furniture" and you'll see so many gorgeous pictures! <3

Rainbow series would be really cool, and I believe someone already mentioned cloud series, I would certainly love and purchase all of the furniture there, I love clouds.

Art nouveau!
A couple of the weeding-day furniture items fit the style (namely the lily and violet lamp/player/screen) as well as the cupid bench, but not much else T_T

steampunk sounds insanely cool. i'd love to have that series in my home.

hmm.. ice cream series? with melted ice cream, scoops, sprinkles and caramel everywhere? yum ♥ or perhaps an 80's theme? like, Retro/Diner/Checkered/Neon signs type thing? maybe even a Movie Theater theme.. with seats and a projector. i dunno. more shop-like themes would be cool too.

I agree with a lot of the ideas: cloud set, pixel series, art deco series, african-inspired furniture with animal prints, faux fur, horns, etc. (I know it seems wrong with your neighbors as animals), Gaud?-style with mixed tiles/colors, industrial, gothic and fractal furniture. As special furniture items, I've love to see a chandelier, disco lights, leather couch, room dividers and a lot more floor items that can be walked on.

a glass set whit lights in the things u could turn on/off

ooooh. a chandelier~! i completely agree.

a different wooden set like more square and brown

A different food set, sweets is too...sweets and fruit is pretty fruity :P

I think it would also be both a mind-trick and good laugh if there was an M.C. Escher or Picasso surrealist-inspired series where when you rotated the camera, the illusion would change and it would still not make any sense perspectively.

I'd be spending more time in my house than outside if that was in the game XD

The book series is an AWESOME idea!!!

I also think an expanded Nintendo set would be cool. Not just accessories, but like, a Mario sofa, a Metroid closet, etc.
