If major NPCs were villagers, which personality would they be?

IMO Isabelle would probably be either a peppy or a normal, Tom Nook a smug maybe???
Sable would be normal, Mable peppy, and Labelle snooty. Gracie would also be a snooty.
Harriet would be peppy. Pelly would be normal while Phyllis would be a snooty. Celeste would be normal.

I agree with all of your assessments. Kicks would be a smug. Cyrus would be lazy. Reese would be normal.
