If I want a certain villager outside...

If I want a certain villager outside, do I have to time travel to a different date or time of day, or does it refresh each time I load my mayor? I really want Bones to request the hammock but I'm trying not to time travel anymore. He has been in the cafe or museum every day since like Wednesday and it's driving me crazy! Please come outside dog. -_-

it refreshes each time you save and quit ^.^ no need to tt
