Hey, I'm currently building a massive restaurant inside my house. I made first a reception room for accepting payment to the restaurant's services:

However, I'm out of ideas how to finish the rest of the room as it ends up looking bit empty on the southern part.
I tried to add in rope partitions but they don't add up much unless I have to continue ones to the left side (so another rope partition on place of gorgeous table.)

For further info, the back room would lead to the main dining room modeled after most royal palace's dining rooms . The left room would be a sandwich + appetizer store and the right room would be a library cafe, with bakery and coffee + tea to dine while you read books of you choice.

Do you guys have ideas for rest of the room? I try to model this room after most hotels or similar big places having reception rooms. I also try to keep on the color scheme of red, gold and brownish black with occassional white here and there.

Maybe adding some kind of statue/art decoration? That would look cool! I suggest the beautiful, gallant, valiant, robust and great statue. And use the original ones!

That's a great suggestion - such a bummer that I let Redd get away from me all these times. So somewhere on the center, I guess?

I would take two of them and put them at the center, symmetrically! Maybe it will look nice. Stuff on the center makes the room look less empty. If it doesn't work, putting on the entrance or near one of the doors will give a nice vibe, too! Perhaps rearrange the stuff you have on the back of the room to the sides, that also makes the room look fuller!

Alrighty, thanks very much. I'll try this and see where I'll go from there.

Thanks, but I'll try to keep on this. I think there's stuff nicely here and the counters act as reception points, meant to lead on the main dining room. I need to just add things on the back where there's empty space still.

How about the reception table, to mimic a sign in book?

I tried that, but it didn't seem to mesh well with the rest of the color scheme and theme of the room. Didn't feel worth the effort compared to what I had done so far.

So I went for a substitute by using a spare clover and gorgeous desk.

Might add something next that clover book so it doesn't look too empty. But yeah.

Maybe some more plants, like the moth orchid or bromeliaceae? If you keep the gorgeous table on the south left corner, you could put a smaller plant there. I don't know. I like plants.
