Ideas for back area behind a building located on the 3rd level

Anyone have some ideas what can be done on the 2nd/1st level when a building blocks most of the back area that is located on the 3rd level?

Which building?

Behind the museum I would put up a full skeleton of something large or a star viewing area.

A cafe or a resturant works for most building if it is accessible.

I had this issue as well with my museum. I ended up just making the area behind the museum 3rd level and extended it all the way to the back of the island. My terraforming is not very creative :/ I look at my map and am kind of disappointed but like terraforming is sooooo much work.
