Hi! I would love if you could take the time to review my town through the Dream suite! I am really unsure on my landscaping/placement of PWPs and would really appreciate some advice or any other suggestions you may have! DA is in my sig thanks in advance!

House

Main Room
The astro CD player, green bear, stained glass window, sleek clock, and QR painting seem out of place.

Left Room
I'm not really a fan of picture rooms. But if that's what you want to make it, that's fine.

Right Room
The cubby with the GameCube stands out like a sore thumb as do the astro chair, lantern, and phonograph. The cat, not really something I'd have in a room with regal items, but if you want to have a classy cat, that's cool. I think other pastel shades would do great in this room.

2nd Room
From what I'm getting at, this is a kitchen. I'd do away with the lemon looking tables behind the display glass and put maybe a tea table or neutral table there to hold both items. The display glass should be facing the opposite direction. I'd exchange the lamps and stereo with something a bit more fitting.

Basement
Music room? I'd throw down a music-room wall and floor from Saharah and arrange each instrument to give the impression that some people are about to start a band of some sort. The wall and floor are hard to come by, so you not having them is understandable.

For the plaza, I'd decorate some trees around it. It looks like you started somewhat, but didn't touch up some areas. I see a stupid boulder sitting nearby which is a pain when it comes to decorating. I do like the right of the plaza, though. It has a bit of a natural look to it.

As far as path placement goes, I think you have a good setup. I like seeing trees hug the side of the paths, but I also like bushes. That's just how I like it. It's also nice to see some trees bundled with one another, filling up any open space that aren't going to be used for anything. Leaving those open would feel empty. However, there isn't anything wrong with little secluded spots that are all secretive. I like those. By the way, I like the suspended bridge near the waterfall. It seems romantic.

Overall, you have a nice town, but I think there is still some room for improvement. Take what I've said into consideration, or not. It's your town, so everything is entirely up to you.

Your town looks good so far! I like the placement of your buildings (except the police station, sorry). What theme are you going for? :)

My main suggestion is to have different sections in your town and use the same types of PWPs in those sections. You could have a park area, a zen area, a playground area, a fountain area, or whatever you like - just don't mix things up because (in my opinion) it doesn't look so good. For example, near the tower, a TV screen would fit more than the fire pit.

I also suggest using the same type or colour of flowers to line paths, it makes things look more tidy. Also try to fill in empty spaces with trees, bushes, or PWPs (topiaries, street lights, or bells, for example).

Those ideas are just based on my personal opinion but I hope they helped you a bit. :)

Thank you both! As for the police station, yes that was pretty bad placing on my part but I will work around it! Thank you again!

I will!

I feel like I've been to your town before....somethings are just familiar looking. Your landscaping needs some work. You have random assortments of flowers all over. Try and concentrate them a little more and match them better. Even if you have to leave holes for ones you need get rid of the excess that you don't want to use and try and plan out areas. Maybe cut back on some trees around the tree plaza so you can make the paths more direct. I think I have dreamed of your town before. You've got some good things going on but some areas could be better. I don't like your path to nowhere by the campsite. I'd also change your diagonal bridge and make it horizontal or vertical. It's hard to make paths work on a diagonal. It's got potential.

Would you suggest I sort the flowers by color or type/color and type? Also is it good that I have them line the paths or... I am bad at landscaping Thank you for the review!
