I wish you could see other players on your island when they aren't playing

I'm trying to put a lot of thought into the costumes of my secondary characters and I think it's a shame that it doesn't really matter since no one will ever get to meet/see them anyway I wish you could see them wandering around, even if they're just inside their house being idle. Maybe reading a book on a chair, sitting on a toilet, sleeping in bed, cooking in the kitchen, etc. It would be super cute I think. Then I can feel like they're actually real people living there XD I thought in one of the older games, you can actually see other players in their house so I don't know why a newer more modern game cannot do it??

In an older version you could see them sleeping in their bed, so you’re right.

I thought of the same thing and I would love that so much! I have 7 other profiles lol... For me it would feel like Tomodachi Life if this happened, ... I wouldn’t even care if they don’t say anything. They could just turn to face you like the villagers youn invite in Harv’s Island. But still kinda want them to respond to reactions and such however. I also want them to do things villagers would do when they’re outside, like fish or exercise or run and play. I just wanna hang out with them darn it!

yeah I miss the bed thing from WW. in this game its like the two can't exist at the same time. but we do get to have a whole second house for the extra character so that's a perk

You have to create a new user on your Switch and then open the game. It will create a new character on the same island, with their own house and stuff.

If the dreamsuite is returning like the datamine says they'll most likely wander the town in the dream, like in NL.
