Maybe I'd be asking for too much, but it would be cool if you could create your own wallpaper and flooring. I know, you technically can. But I'm talking about something much more in-depth, and not stuck with the 16x16 patterns. I'm not exactly sure what I'd create, though. Maybe a concert hall wall and floor. I'm not really sure. It would be even more cool if you could compose your own K.K. Slider song. I'd try to make K.K. Trance or K.K. Synthwave. What would you all make if it was possible?

Yeah more customisation is usually always a good thing, would love custom wallpaper and flooring to spice up my house, especially considering I don't like the majority of them that are currently in the game. I get why they wouldn't though, because for such a simple and family-friendly game, I feel like it would be a bit daunting for a younger person (or probably even a lot of adults for that matter) to create an entire wallpaper/flooring considering how big the canvas would be. Not to mention it might take up a lot of data, especially considering they already limit the small custom designs to so many slots, although I can't really comment too much on that side of things because i'm not a developer.
Now to get into the fun side of things. If literally anything was possible to customise, then i'd love to customise one of the statues in game and color them to give them some life, because the standard grey is starting to look very bland to me now. I'd also love to be able to customise a pair of shoes using the custom design pro option, and I feel like this would be very popular as well because there are a lot of people obsessed with shoe fashion out there, me included. Even just being able to add stickers like a black tick, or a stripe here and there would take the fashion game to a whole new level for me.

Quite understandable about the wallpaper and flooring. As for customizing statues, that would be interesting. Customizable shoes would also be great. I'm kind of upset they missed the chance of being able to make custom trousers, shorts, and socks while they were at it.

I definitely agree. It would certainly change up some things and give people their own twist. I'd probably try to make the stone fence mossy if it were possible.I would love to be able to customize fences! Just imagine all the possibilities!

Customizing a whole wallpaper/furniture set seems kind of wild imo, I would like to customize fences and the exteriors of buildings though!
I'd love to be able to customize the building exteriors. That was possible in New Leaf for some buildings. I wonder if they'll bring that back.

I think it would be overwhelming as I am intimidated by some of the customisation options! Having said that I love to see what others have come up with 
i mean honestly, i’m already overwhelmed with all the customization options that we currently have but uh,,, i’d love some more rainbow options for stuff. like how the illuminated tree and snowflakes have a rainbow option, i’d love for more furniture items to have that option - the gay in me really wants some more rainbow in my life LMAO

The only tree I've seen illuminate is the coconut tree. Are there more? I think rainbow furniture would look interesting. It'd probably look great in Stitches' house.

My big thing Is I wish we could have a small selection of slots that would be tall, instead of 32 x 32, be 32 x 64 for customizing wallpaper, floors, simple panels, and other long things without the design having to be repeated a second time! Then you really could make cool wallpapers and designs!!
Derp. I said 16x16 in my OP. It's actually 32x32, isn't it? I especially agree with you on the panels. You have to be really tricky on how to create stuff for those.
I wish you could apply two different custom designs on the stall.
I'm sure no one else sees the gripe I'm having but their UV maps drive me mad. The texture on top is larger than the bottom which is fine as the advertisement sits there. However when the 3D artist made this modular, it just looks bad.

That would be nice. I also agree. I made some hamburgers months ago and they look fine at the bottom, but on the top, I wish I could have some pattern that aren't also hamburgers. I didn't realize the size on top was larger than the one on the bottom.
there’s only the palm tree lamp and the illuminated tree - the illuminated set (snowflakes, tree, reindeer, present) are winter diys, i believe aha
I can't wait to get those. I'm not a fan of the stands they're sitting on, though. :/
