I don't need to do much more flower breeding, but I really have no space to do much. I don't want to destroy the areas that I have decorated just for some flower gardening.

I'm sure they won't, but I really do hope they reconsider not allowing flowers to be stored. They really take up so much space. I want my beaches back .

It would be cool if I just had an area I could go to to do all my flower breeding.

Ugh I totally agree!!! They should add a gardening mode too, or like an item that lets you pick up the whole flower without using the shovel, moving all my flowers with my shovel constantly breaking kills me

With how gorgeous the museum is, I imagine a green house would look mighty snazzy for extra flower breeding and storage. It'd look amazing in a dedicated farm-like area too.

This is my biggest "probably won't happen" wish for this game. I was thinking of a whole separate island for me to do my hybrid shenanigans, haha. I currently have 100+ flowers in plots that cover half my island. I really want to terraform and build up the island, but I can't. I can't even grow hybrids on the beach anymore like in NL.

I was thinking that this island/greenhouse/etc. could involve either Leif or Daisy Mae/Sow Joan, and give them some backstory/character development. My biggest want for this "gardening update" would be the return of Fertilizer from NL. This Fertilizer could be crafted from reject flowers, weeds, and possibly other organic material (like wood and branches). This would make it so that you don't have to cart any reject flowers back to the Nooklings just to sell for pennies, and it would actually give them a use.

Spoiler: Mentioning some datamined future mechanics

If/once the datamined mechanics come to fruition, I don't think that I'll have room for farming crops and hybrids. I'd love this farming update to be a huge gardening update in general. I just want to grow things in peace, haha.

God I second this proposal so hard. It occurred to me a while ago that I’d actually have to trash valuable hybrids after each season (since I like swapping out my flower displays every few months and have nowhere to store them)

I had a dream once where we got a new tool that allowed us to take flower seeds and tree clippings to store for later planting. I’d be so down for that, or a green house. Actually, both. I want both.
